Registration Information

Currently enrolled students:  May hand their registration form into the office or mail it at any time.

All new students:  May mail their registrations from
August 1st to October 31st.   We are sorry,  as of November  we do not accept new students for the sessions running until the summer.  Please see the "Summer Classes/Camp page on this site for more information.

Fall Tuition for 2009-2010 should be made payable to:

Chester Valley Dance Academy, LLC

Tuition is due every seven weeks on the following dates:

1st Payment due with registration form and fee
2nd Payment due on October 27th
3rd Payment due on January 2nd
4th Payment due on February 20th
5th Payment due on April 17

Billing notices will not be sent out.  Payment is
due the 1st class of the session.  If it is not received by the 1st class, there will be a $10.00 late fee charged.  Students will be asked to watch class if their account is not paid up to date. 

A $20.00 non-refundable registration fee is due
at time of registration along with the
1st months tuition payment.

($30.00 registration fee per family account)

There is a $20.00 charge for any returned checks.
