LOVE BROADWAY MUSICALS?

Then you'll love THE CHESTER VALLEY DANCE ACADEMY'S, LLC SUMMER PERFORMING ARTS PROGRAM where each student not only learns techniques essential for the Theatrical Arts, but has fun putting together Scenes and Songs from the most popular Plays, Musicals and Revues. Every student, regardless of ability and experience, will perform at the end of the 6-week program.

If you have seen a full length Broadway show you know that each show has a limited number of lead roles. Our program gives every student the priceless opportunity to act or sing in the program, providing them with the experience needed for future auditions and school plays.

Development of Skills

Throughout the 6 weeks Students will build their SKILLS IN ACTING, SINGING AND CHARACTER DANCE. Divided into groups by age, students study character developments, improvisation, audition skills, stage dance, ensemble and solo singing. They also develop the confidence and stage presence that is fundamental for anyone wanting to participate in amateur and professional productions.

There is no audition required to join the performance at the end of the 6-week session. Each week, students will build on material from the previous week, and conclude with a performance for family and friends.
